Any remanufactured or compatible product purchased from InkRestock is covered from the date of purchase for the 30 days return and refund policy. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the product or issue a full refund–your choice. Simply contact one of our friendly customer service representatives and we will make it right. Product concerns must be dealt with within 30 days from the date of purchase. Concerns made known after the 30 day period will be issued partial store credit. All orders placed with store credit must be placed with a representative over the phone or our live chat. Products over 30 days old must be returned or a new order must be placed before a refund is processed. Shipping costs for refunded items are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a packing error.
